Starting with a “stiff pivot” base, we can customize this static balancer from a very manual operation for small parts such as fan blades or rotors, to a fully automatic station for much larger parts. Pictured here is an application of a semi automatic motorcycle tire and wheel balancer. This machine is a Windows based system and can handle a variety of parts with quick change tooling and setup.
