3-Axis Four Poster Vibration Tester
Designed to focus on simulating super low displacement of road vibration using its especially engineered servo motor manipulation technology. Accurate reproducibility and precision stroke control with G forces of up to 8 Gs are possible in the vertical direction and 5 Gs in the horizontal axes. The overall system has automatic wheel base adjustment and tread base adjustment. Each independent post can run various shaking profiles including random, triangle and field waveforms

3-Axis Vibration With Variable Test Sequence
By having 3-axis capability, the vibration simulation test mimics real world situations closely . Tests can be run without the need to remove the test part or package to another machine or testing platform.

Free Fall – Drop Test
Safely raises the test package/product to a preprogrammed height and lowers the table faster than gravity allowing the free-fall of the packaging being tested. Even heavy packages can be held safely and controllably tested.

Meets JIS Z 0202: 1994 and ISO 2248: 1985 standards.

Compression Test Utilizing the Drop Test machine
The drop test machine can be changed to a compression testing system by changing gear ratios through simple replacement of a different size drive pulley and addition of a compression plate.

Drop Impact Test
Simulates a vertical impact of a package being dropped, utilizing control test waveforms

Side Impact Simulator
System simulates various impacts with walls, other product, etc. caused by shifting and movements within trucks or railroad transportation during loading and unloading, braking or railroad car connections. Large acceleration impacts can be simulated with a very small footprint.
